These terms govern your use of the website at slothful.ai, operated by Slothful LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company (“we”). They do not cover product subdomains, which have their own terms. By using the site you accept them.

The site is provided for general information. Nothing on it is an offer, a solicitation, or investment, legal or financial advice. Statements about Slothful LLC or any business are not representations or warranties and may change without notice.

2Ownership

The Slothful name, mark and motto, and the site’s text, images and design, belong to Slothful LLC. You may view and link to the site; any other use requires our written permission.

Do not use the site unlawfully, disrupt it, attempt unauthorised access, or copy it in bulk by automated means.

4No warranty or liability

The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Slothful LLC is not liable for any loss arising from its use or from reliance on its contents. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

5Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Connecticut have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except where mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may revise these terms; the current version, with its effective date, is posted here, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
