This notice covers the website at slothful.ai, operated by Slothful LLC, a Connecticut limited liability company (“we”). It does not cover product subdomains, which have their own notices.

1The site

The site has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising, and loads nothing from third parties. We do not collect information from visitors ourselves; the only information we receive is described below. Because the site does not track visitors, it does not respond to Do Not Track signals, and no third party collects information about you through it.

2Server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel, a United States company, which records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser type, page and time, to deliver and secure the site. We do not use these records to identify visitors, and may review them only to maintain security.

3Email

If you write to contact@slothful.ai, we receive your address and your message. We use them only to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell or share them, except with service providers that process them for us, such as our email provider, or where the law requires.

4Your rights

You may ask us to disclose, correct or delete the information we hold about you by writing to the address above. We will honour the rights that applicable law gives you.

We process server logs and correspondence on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing the site and answering enquiries. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also object to or restrict that processing and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. Information is processed in the United States.

Any change will be posted here with a new effective date.
